Presenting at ULAC20

ULAC20 has been postponed until further notice.

After much consideration the ULAC planning committee has decided not to hold the Utah Language Access Conference this May 15-16, 2020 as planned.  Postponing ULAC was a difficult decision, as we had an impressive agenda for you, but we feel it is the right thing to do under the current environment and in following safety recommendations on managing the spread of the COVID-19, the novel coronavirus.  We apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause.

We are not using the word “cancelling” because we are optimistic and are looking forward to rescheduling ULAC for later in 2020.  For now we will monitor and follow the recommendations from the CDC, the Utah Health Department and our venue sponsor, University of Utah Health, and inform you of any new developments.   We remain committed to provide you with quality continuing educational opportunities, and a safe and fruitful networking and educational experience.

Please check the UTIA website, www.utianet.org, to find all future news regarding ULAC, and to learn about other educational and networking events in the months to come.

ULAC will apply for continuing education units/credits from IMIA/NBCMI, CEAP/CCHI, Utah Court Interpreter Certification, RID and UIP.
