Language services technology has greatly evolved the last few years. The pandemic highlighted the need for linguists, clients, and companies to adapt technology in delivery translation and interpretation services. What does this mean for the end user? For linguist and client alike? The presenter has worked through the different changes and acquisition of technology, and has seen how those who were eager to adapt or who had prepared ahead of time fared much better than those who held on to the way things were done in the past.

About the Presenter: Lelani Craig has over 30 years of experience in the language industry. She is the President and CEO of Craig Enterprises, Inc. DBA CommGap International Language Services, an industry leader in language solutions and innovative staffing services. She is also Managing Director at Global 1 Voice where she has created a unique language assessment tool, and provides medical interpreting training as a Bridging the Gap licensee. Lelani is currently serving as Vice-President of the Association of Language Companies (ALC) and Utah Chapter Manager for Women in Localization.  Lelani is an accomplished linguist who turned her skills into a thriving business.
